Canadian Association of Principals Conference - 2022
#uLead2022 - the Summit of Educational Leadership! The conference focused on the theme of Reimagining School Leadership. This three day conversation on leadership afforded every delegate with an opportunity to both see a variety of models of innovative leadership and to also discuss the direction we should be moving in as school leaders and systems in our age. A unique opportunity to join educational leaders from around the world in the beautiful world heritage location of Banff, Alberta at one of the world’s premier conferences for school-based leaders, district-level leaders, and provincial and state education leaders.

Canadian Assessment for Learning Network (CAfLN) Conference & Symposium - 2019

#CAfLN19 was an opportunity to come together with like minded individuals from across Canada in Delta, BC to discuss assessment of, for, and as learning. With their mission being maximizing learning, building relationships, strengthening connections, accessing expertise, and sharing experiences, the conference allowed me to think deeply about assessment practices. As a school leader, I was challenged to think about my role in student assessment and ways to move learning forward in strong and wise ways.
