Crucial Conversations: Moving Learning Forward Through Effective Feedback
2015 Saskatchewan Principal's Short Course At the 2015 SPSC I spoke to participants about the importance of knowing yourself and your teachers as you work together to move learning forward. Occasionally there needs to be a "tough" conversation, I facilitated a session where the participants worked through a variety of scenarios they might face as future administrators. 2017 Prairie Spirit School Division New Administrator In-service At the 2017 New Administrator In-Service I spoke to several new principals and vice-principals about their role as learning leaders in their building. While highlighting the importance of being in classrooms on a daily basis, I shared several stories about how my view of myself as a learning leader has changed over the years.
